Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley
Walk-in or WhatsApp β we keep over 1,800 ready-stock fabrics at our Jalan Klang Lama showroom, just 20 minutes from KL city centre. Trade pricing from the first metre.
KL curtain makers have been driving to our Petaling Jaya showroom since 2003. The location sits right on Jalan Klang Lama at Batu 8 β anyone coming from Bangsar, Mid Valley, or Old Klang Road can reach us in about 15 minutes without touching a highway.
From Mont Kiara or KLCC, it is roughly 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic. Take the Federal Route or cut through Kerinchi Link. There is no toll.
And if you are based in Cheras, Kepong, or Setapak β the KESAS Highway or Sprint drops you almost at our doorstep.
Most suppliers won't tell you this, but the kedai kain along Jalan Ipoh and Jalan TAR mostly sell retail-grade fabric. Widths top out at 54 inches, the colour selection rotates every few months, and you won't find proper sample books to show your clients. That setup works fine for a tukang jahit doing piecemeal jobs at pasar malam rates.
But if you handle condo projects in Mont Kiara, boutique hotels around Bukit Bintang, or landed renovations in Bangsar β you need a pembekal that carries 110-inch and 118-inch widths in consistent stock. We keep roughly 287 colourways across our linen curtain fabric range alone. Each roll arrives with a dye-lot reference so your second-order batch matches the first.
That matters. A colour mismatch across two bidang of sheer is the fastest way to lose a repeat client.
We warehouse over 1,800 SKUs at our Taman Desaria location. When we say ready stock, we mean you can walk in at 10am and drive out at 10:30am with 40 metres of blackout curtain fabric in your van. No waiting three weeks for a container from Shaoxing.
Our ready-stock range covers:
Stock runs low before Raya and CNY. Every year without fail. If you have a big project due in January or early April, place your indent at least six weeks ahead. We can reserve rolls for you with a 30% deposit.
Order before 2pm on a weekday and we deliver to any KL address the same day. Our van covers Bangsar, Damansara Heights, Mont Kiara, Hartamas, KLCC, Cheras, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, and Kepong as standard routes.
Free delivery for orders above 30 metres. Below that, a flat RM25 charge applies within KL.
For Shah Alam or Subang Jaya drops, we combine them into the afternoon run. Those usually arrive by 5pm.
Walk in with your business card. That is all we need to open a trade account. No forms, no minimum first order, no annual commitment.
Our curtain material supplier pricing sits at roughly 35% to 45% below typical retail. Exact numbers depend on the fabric type and how much you pull per month, but here is a rough guide:
No cutting charge for orders above 5 metres per colourway. Below that, we add RM2 per cut β fair enough when you are pulling a 1.5-metre sample for a client presentation.
Every registered trade account gets free sample books. Not photocopied swatches β actual fabric cuttings mounted on cards with item codes, widths, weight, and nett trade pricing printed on each page. Makes quoting on-site dead simple.
We update the books roughly twice a year, around March and September, when new collections land from our mills in Hangzhou and Keqiao. Old books? Keep them. The item codes stay valid until we formally discontinue a line, and we give at least 90 days' notice before pulling anything from the catalogue.
Fabric for curtains Kuala Lumpur β built for the trade, not retail walk-ins.
1,200 sq ft display floor at Jalan Klang Lama. Touch every fabric before ordering. No appointment needed β just show up during business hours.
Place your order before 2pm. We cut, pack, and deliver to your KL workshop or directly to your project site that afternoon. No extra charge above 30 metres.
Deep inventory across sheers, dimouts, blackouts, linens, and velvets. No waiting on containers β what you see in the showroom, we have on the rack.
Actual fabric cuttings with trade pricing, item codes, and specs printed on each card. Updated every season so your quotes stay current.
35β45% below retail from your first metre. Volume tiers for curtain makers pulling more than 200 metres per month. Cash, transfer, or 30-day terms for approved accounts.
Every shade from warm ivory to deep charcoal. Consistent dye lots across reorders so your panels match β even if you come back three months later.
We supply curtain cloth to KL-based contractors working on everything from single-unit condo makeovers to full hotel fitouts. The fabric spec changes dramatically depending on the job. Here is what we typically recommend:
Most developers install ceiling tracks at 275cm height. A 300cm-width fabric gives you enough drop to puddle slightly at the floor β which is what most interior designers in KL prefer right now. Go with a linen-look polyester blend at 240gsm if the unit faces west. Heavier than a sheer, lighter than a blackout, and it filters UV without turning the room into a cave.
For bedrooms, pair it with a 3-pass blackout at 280cm width behind the decorative layer. RM9 to RM14 per metre gets you a solid performer that blocks 99% of light.
Fire-retardant certification is non-negotiable. We carry FR-treated fabrics that meet BS 5867 Part 2 and NFPA 701 β both required by BOMBA for hospitality installations in KL. The FR treatment adds roughly RM3 to RM5 per metre over standard pricing, but skipping it is not an option if you want your CO.
Hotel projects also need colour fastness of Grade 4 or above. Our mill tests every batch to ISO 105-B02, and we can supply the test certificates if your client's quantity surveyor asks.
Shophouses in Bangsar and Damansara have character, but the window sizes are all over the place. Custom cuts are normal. We do not charge extra for odd-metre orders β buy what you need, even if that means 7.3 metres of one colour and 4.8 of another.
For the living areas, velvet at 380gsm makes a statement without feeling heavy in Malaysia's climate. But keep the stack-back allowance generous β thick velvet eats up more rail space than a sheer.
We restock from Keqiao and Hangzhou every 6 to 8 weeks under normal conditions. But "normal" has been unreliable since 2023. Port congestion in Ningbo can add 2 to 3 weeks to a shipment, and the CNY factory shutdown every February wipes out an entire restocking cycle. If your KL project has a hard deadline in Q1, talk to us in November. Seriously.
Our showroom at Jalan Klang Lama is roughly 12km from KLCC. Most KL-based curtain makers reach us in 20 to 35 minutes via the Federal Route or KESAS Highway, depending on traffic. There is free parking right in front of our lot.
Yes. We offer same-day delivery within KL for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays. Delivery covers Bangsar, Mont Kiara, KLCC, Cheras, Kepong, Setapak, and surrounding areas. Minimum order for free delivery is 30 metres. Below that, a flat RM25 charge applies.
Our wholesale MOQ starts at 50 metres per design for indent orders. For ready-stock items, you can purchase from as low as 5 metres per colour at trade pricing. Walk-in curtain makers with a business card get trade rates from the first metre β no minimum commitment.
We provide free sample books for registered trade accounts. Each book has actual fabric swatches with item codes, widths, and nett pricing. Walk-in visitors can request up to 5 cutting samples on the spot at no charge. Books are updated roughly twice a year.
Most of our curtain fabrics come in 110-inch (280cm) or 118-inch (300cm) widths β standard for floor-to-ceiling installations. We also carry 54-inch (137cm) width for upholstery-weight fabrics, printed cottons, and some velvet ranges.
Browse more from our curtain fabric range and nearby service areas.
Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Bring your project specs β we will pull swatches and quote on the spot.
