The sample book library
This is the part that most kedai kain along Jalan Ipoh or the Jalan TAR fabric district won't offer. We maintain roughly 87 sample books that trade partners can borrow for client meetings. Take them to site. Bring them to your studio. Use them at the client's home during a presentation. Loan period is 5 working days, and collection is from our showroom off Jalan Klang Lama in Taman Desaria.
Most suppliers won't tell you this, but a good sample book does more selling than any catalogue PDF ever will. When a homeowner touches a 280gsm linen-look blackout fabric and sees how it drapes — that's the moment the decision happens. Not when they're scrolling through your mood board on a phone screen.
Showroom access for client presentations
Need to present fabric options to a fussy client? Book a slot at our showroom. We set out the relevant sample books, prepare the colour options you've shortlisted, and let you run the presentation under your own firm's name. We stay in the background. All pricing goes through you. The client never needs to know your cost price.
This matters. A lot of ID firms avoid bringing clients to fabric suppliers because the supplier starts quoting directly, cutting the designer out. We don't do that. Your trade pricing is confidential and your client relationship stays yours.

Let's talk numbers. Our trade fabric pricing starts from roughly RM8 per metre for basic dimout fabrics in 280cm width, going up to RM38 per metre for premium velvet and heavy linen weaves at 320cm width. The exact price depends on the fabric, the quantity, and which tier your firm sits in.
How the tiers work
Tier 1 — New partner. This is your starting point. No minimum order required, just SSM registration and a business card. You get trade pricing from day one, typically 18% to 22% below our walk-in retail price. Most small ID firms doing 3 to 5 residential projects a month sit here comfortably.
Tier 2 — Regular partner. Once your monthly orders consistently exceed RM3,500, you move into deeper discounts. We're talking 25% to 30% off retail across most fabric categories. You also get priority on sample book loans and faster turnaround on cutting orders. The majority of established KL-based ID firms fall into this bracket.
Tier 3 — Volume partner. For firms handling developer packages or bulk orders exceeding RM8,000 monthly, we offer project-specific pricing. This is negotiated per job. If you're doing 147 units in a new condo launch or fitting out a 200-room hotel, we price the entire package as one order with the best margins we can offer.
Specification and tender support
Bidding on a developer project or hotel fit-out? Our team provides the documentation your tender needs. That means proper fabric specification sheets with weight in gsm, width, composition breakdown, light-blocking percentage, fire-retardant classification, colour fastness grade (we typically supply Grade 4 and above), and Martindale abrasion test results where applicable.
We've supported ID firms submitting for projects at developments in Bangsar South, serviced apartments in Bukit Bintang, and boutique hotels in George Town. The spec sheets are formatted for direct insertion into your tender documents. But here is the thing — we need at least 3 working days for this, so don't come to us the day before submission deadline. Plan ahead.
What about fabric widths and technical details?
Our curtain fabrics come in standard widths of 110" (280cm) and 118" (300cm), with some specialty linens available at 54" (137cm) for upholstery-weight applications. Weight ranges from 120gsm for lightweight sheers up to 380gsm for heavy blackout and velvet. Your account manager can pull exact specs for any fabric in our current stock within minutes.
And for your tukang jahit who needs to know cutting details before committing — we can arrange a per-bidang cutting service at our warehouse. No cutting charge on orders above 15 metres per colourway. Below that, there's a small fee of RM3 per cut.

How the partnership works.
From registration to your first order, the whole process takes about 15 minutes.
Registration is straightforward. Send us your SSM registration number and a business card via WhatsApp. We verify and set up your trade account within one working day. No forms to fill. No annual fees.
Once approved, you get a direct line to your account manager. That person handles everything: stock checks, pricing, sample book reservations, cutting orders, delivery scheduling. One point of contact for your entire fabric supply chain.
Real-world constraints you should know about
Stock runs low before Raya. It happens every year. If you have Hari Raya projects lined up, place your fabric orders by mid-month at the latest. Same goes for Chinese New Year — our mills in China shut down for 2 to 3 weeks, and container delays from Shenzhen and Ningbo ports can add another 10 days on top of normal lead time.
Custom indent orders take 6 to 8 weeks under normal conditions. But "normal" is a loose word in fabric supply. If you need a specific colourway dyed to match a Pantone reference, add another 2 weeks for lab dips. And if your client changes their mind after the lab dip is approved — well, that's a conversation you should have with them before we start production.
For wholesale curtain fabric from ready stock, most orders ship within 2 to 3 working days. Walk-in collection from our warehouse is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday until 2pm.
A note on exclusivity
We don't ask for exclusivity. You can source from other suppliers alongside us — we know that's how the business works. But we do ask that you give us first look on curtain fabric requirements before going to the Jalan Ipoh shops. Nine times out of ten, our ready stock range and trade pricing will beat what you find there. And the tenth time, we'll tell you honestly if someone else has a better option for that particular fabric.
